EPS Transitions with PDFMark. A reader from McLean Virginia, USA inquired about the EPS transition files which were included on the Acrobat 3.0.x CD and not available on the Acrobat 4.0/5.0 CD. These files enabled the user to place an EPS file in a layout application that would automatically create a transition effect when scrolling pages in an Acrobat Viewer. The EPS files with the PDFMark annotations can be found at: www.imagebiz.com/IPwA/pdfmark.html To use the transitions, place the file you download on a document or master page in either Adobe PageMaker, QuarkXPress or Adobe InDesign and print the file to disk as a PostScript file. Open the PostScript file in Acrobat Distiller. When the final PDF is viewed in an Acrobat Viewer, the transition will be applied to the respective page(s). |
