GRE Essay Answers — Book Updates
The 3rd edition of GRE—Answers to the Real Essay Questions is available in September 2009. See this site's book information page for details about the 3rd edition (a list of the book's features, the book's Table of Contents, and ordering information).
The following updates are for the 2nd edition of the book:
- All Issue and Argument topics covered in Parts 2 and 3 are still in the testing service's official pool.
- Handwritten essay responses are no longer permitted. All GRE test takers must use the testing system's built-in word processor to compose their essays.
- To locate the official topic identified on page 60 as Issue 40, search the official topic list for the word idiosyncratic.
- To locate the official topic identified on page 141 as Issue 183, search the official topic list for the two-word phrase more knowledge.
- To locate the official topic identified on page 164 as Issue 214, search the official topic list for the two-word phrase special talents.
