www.leginfo.ca.gov -- A compendium of California Law, some of which pertains to community associations.

www.caionline.org -- The Community Associations Institute (CAI) national website.

www.state.hi.us/hirec/condo/reserves.htm  -- The State of Hawaii's website on reserve studies.  While the State of Hawaii has different rules applicable to HOA's (e.g. Hawaii law Section 514A-83.6 requires a minimum of 50% of reserve component depreciation to be in reserves at all times), this website provides interesting information pertaining to reserves.

www.echo-ca.org  --  Executive Council of Homeowners - a California non-profit group with a treasure trove of information & articles for homeowners associations.
