Company Background

Servo-Dynamics, Inc. is a Texas corporation established in 1980. The President and founder of the company is Henry Mohaupt, a Swiss inventor with an international reputation for his development of the Lined Shaped Charge in World War II, best known in the form of the anti-tank Bazooka, and other American anti-tank projectiles.

At the end of World War II, Mr Mohaupt joined the fledgling company, Welex, where he developed the Jet Process, used throughout the world as the fundamental method for perforating wells.

Mr. Mohaupt's interest in rock penetration and fracture extension led to his development of High Energy Gas Fracturing (HEGF) technology - using propellant gas generators to stimulate oil and gas wells.

Dynamic Gas Pulse Loading ® (DGPL®) and STRESSFRAC® are the most effective systems for the recovery of oil and gas from permeable reservoirs with near wellbore damage.

Servo-Dynamics, Inc. offers a totally integrated system of design, research and development, manufacturing and field applications within the natural resource servicing industries.

Servo-Dynamics, Inc. has field servicing for the United States located in Corpus Christi, Texas and Santa Barbara, California; and field servicing bases for Canada located in Calgary and Red Deer, Alberta. The company also handles special well stimulation requirements for other areas out of these existing U.S. and Canadian operational bases.

Based on its engineering expertise and the field experience of over 10,000 stimulations, Servo-Dynamics, Inc. is recognized by the energy industry as the technical leader in the development and use of HEGF systems, many of which are covered by issued patents.

To further develop the market for DGPL®/STRESSFRAC® services in the North Sea, Servo-Dynamics and RF - Rogaland Research established a working relationship. RF - Rogaland Research, located in Stavanger, Norway, is a polytechnical research institute, involved in cost-efficient well technologies to benefit the petroleum industry.
