Experience

Mr. McGuire's practice emphasizes common interest developments (i.e. planned developments and condominium projects), subdivision law, land use matters, and general real property law. He has prepared management documents for dozens of homeowners' associations and has appeared before planning commissions, city councils and the county board of supervisors. Among his clients are developers, homeowner associations, and owners of real property, and he works closely with title insurance companies, engineers/land surveyors, accountants, and permit processors in the development of real property.
