COURSE PURPOSE
This course is designed for students with disabilities whose
educational limitations affect acquisition, processing and expression of language.
Rather than take the place of an English class, it provides strategies by which
students may optimize their performance in college classes requiring reading
and writing.
COURSE OBJECTIVES
1. To learn and apply reading and writing strategies to your
credit class assignments so you do your best in college and in your future career.
2. To improve your skills in dealing with the written language.
