To walk into Stefano Nicolao's Atelier is like entering a world of make-believe. This extraordinarily talented gentleman has put together a collection of hundreds and hundreds of costumes that start from the moment that man decided he looked better with something on, to the modern era. A glory of brocades, silks, velvets, laces, leathers, beads and gossamer stuffs in all the colors of the rainbow meet the eye.

Wandering among the endless racks of sumptuous costumes, one is overcome by the irrepressible desire to "dress-up" just like we did as children. The list of theatrical representations, operas, ballets, television, publicity spots, video clips and cinema that Mr. Nicolao has worked on, is endless but to mention a few, Marco Polo, Nosferatu, The Stendahl Syndrome and the Oscar nomination for Farrinelli. Mr. Nicolao will be providing all the costumes and accessories for the re-enactment of the visit of the "Northern Counts" to Venice.
