EPISODE ONE: September 18, 1997, 6:55 AM.
Introduction of RealDoll via CBS Radio's presentation of the Howard Stern
Web Site Of The Day, a segment of The Howard Stern Show which features Stern
browsing the Internet and discribing a particular web site.
This morning Stern was visiting an Internet location known as "The
RealDoll Web Site". Visitors to the RealDoll Web Site will find photographs
of the RealDoll in various graphic poses, including, but not limited to,
vagina close-ups, breast and nipple close-ups, and anus close-ups.
Stern discribed the RealDoll using very graphic terms. Stern states that
he wants to order one of the RealDoll sex dolls known as, "Stacy".
Stern spent a lot of time on this site reading all about the dolls and broadcasting

EPISODE TWO: September 19, 1997, 7:15 AM
The creator of the RealDoll, Matt, phoned to discuss sending one to Stern.
Matt says that he doesn't have any in stock other than a demonstrator doll

looking for. Matt said it'll take about 4 weeks to make a new one. Stern

it into his personal bathroom. He got it positioned just right so he could

a couple of times during the show to see how it was going. Fred tried to

done he said that he couldn't finish because it wasn't turning him on so

The law on broadcasting indecency and obscenity is very clear and does
not make any distinctions between real people and rubber people. Stern's

penetration, no matter how slight, still constitutes an offense. Given the
fact that this rubber woman could not speak for herself, Stern's activities
