The 41-question GMAT Verbal Ability section includes 12-14 Reading Comprehension questions (4 reading passages with 3-4 questions each). This practice set includes 3 passages and a total of 10 questions.

Before you begin, review these Reading Comprehension QuickTips. Then review the test directions (below).

Go to the first practice question ("Begin Practice"). Select an answer choice by clicking on a button, then click on "Answer/Analysis" (or go directly to the next question). Use your browser's BACK button to review your responses. This is not a timed test.

To gauge your performance, tally up your correct responses. After completing all three Verbal Practice Sets, check your grand total against the Verbal Score conversion table.

Each passage is followed by questions about its content. After reading a passage, select the best answer to each question among the five choices. Answer all questions following a passage on the basis of what the passage states or implies.
