Illuminata
Shimmering fractures,
Broken roads
Shift course
Away from the known
A Weighting’s been imposed
I got here lost
Lost sight of my way
Know better where I’ve been,
Unsure about today
This jolted compass
Quivers and spins
Will it find True?
Will it be my friend?
Setting course,
I have to move, or wait to die
Struggle to start, strive to stay
Fall, fight and stumble
This bridge is built on try
This path comes upon you
As you are upon it
There is no magic, really-
You’ll never if you quit
There’s a tower West of here:
A measure, a marker, a sign
Find it to find you
A Stationary guide
There are no gates;
The only lock
Is one you have the key for
But be aware, for you’re the last one
To know when you’ve let close that door
Climb the hill again,
Up the path and cross the bridge;
The light you once relied on
Now guides you from within
